Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter). A simple message including your order number is sufficient.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the item delivered is faulty or incorrect. In that case, we will bear the cost of return shipping.

Please return the goods in their original packaging. You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a retail store. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, please place a new order after completing your return.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, your statutory warranty rights of 24 months apply.
